Specialising in risk and safety management, Sandra has led and delivered safety assurance programs across a broad range of complex projects, including stations, rollingstock, roads and civil infrastructure. Her experience spans every phase of the project lifecycle — from early concept design through to construction, commissioning and handover.
Sandra offers deep technical expertise across the full spectrum of systems and safety assurance services, including hazard analysis, safety case development and SFAIRP compliance.
Sandra has extensive experience navigating the assurance processes and regulatory frameworks specific to New South Wales transport projects. She has worked directly with Transport for NSW’s Network Assurance Committee (NAC), Sydney Trains’ Change Control Board (CCB), and the Safety Change Assessment and Reporting Determination (SCARD) process, giving her an exceptional understanding of the standards and governance requirements that underpin successful project delivery in NSW.
Her project experience includes major infrastructure works at Sydenham Station and Junction, the Transport Access Program (TAP 3) station upgrades across multiple sites, Waterfall Station Enabling Works, and Heysen Tunnels Refit and Safety Upgrade.
