As Queensland State Manager, Andrew is responsible for the business development and operational management of Acmena’s Qld division and its multi-discipline team of consultants. He is also leading the systems assurance program on the Cross River Rail Tunnels, Stations and Development package.

A pragmatic and skilled RAMS specialist, Andrew has demonstrated success in delivering detailed product and system-level analyses for a number of major Australian rail developments, including advanced train control projects. He is experienced in developing key project deliverables to CENELEC standards, including risk and hazard assessments, verification and validation and safety cases.

Andrew has proven management skills, with considerable experience in leading safety and assurance activities on several projects, in addition to the development of key project plans, including safety and assurance, requirements management and configuration management. He has also provided mentorship in RAMS activities to project teams.

Respected for the integrity and quality of his work within the Australian rail industry, Andrew provides a practical approach to RAMS and systems engineering, delivering safe and available systems to his clients.
