Currently in the third year of bachelor’s degrees in electrical engineering and genetics at The University of Queensland, Caitlin will be mentored by both the systems engineering and systems and safety assurance teams, where she will learn key processes including requirements management, verification and validation, safety case development and specific risk assessments.

Guided by Acmena’s highly experienced SESA team, she is receiving hands-on experience in the application of systems engineering and assurance methods while supporting the Tunnels, Stations and Development (TSD) package of the Cross River Rail project.
