Specialising in requirements management, verification and validation and model-based systems engineering (MBSE), Frances is a highly capable engineer with demonstrated experience in supporting major rail and infrastructure projects.

Frances was previously engaged on the Transport for NSW Digital Systems Project, where she was responsible for developing the business requirement specification, system requirements specification and sub-system requirements specification in DOORS Next in addition to managing the project architecture. She has also provided requirements management support for the Sydney Metro project and was previously involved in the Queensland Train Manufacturing Program where she was engaged as interface and requirements engineer for the delivery of new rollingstock.

Frances is currently providing verification and validation expertise for the Rail, Systems and Integration (RIS) package of Brisbane’s landmark Cross River Rail project.
