Graeme is an accomplished project and technical manager with over 28 years’ systems engineering experience, both internationally and in Australia, in the specification, design, development, delivery and commissioning of safety critical systems in the rail and other regulated industries.

Graeme has a keen focus for ensuring the management of a project is centred on good technical strategies and decisions. He often provides a critical bridge between technical teams and high level management and stakeholders, with the ability to employ the right communication skills at any level.

In recent years, he has specialised in the delivery of Automatic Train Protection (ATP) and in-cab signalling systems such as CBTC (Communications-based Train Control), and ETCS (European Train Control System) both Level 1 and Level 2 applications.
