He has seven years’ experience supporting the development of high-integrity systems for complex technology projects in the defence and aerospace sectors.

Lachlan offers demonstrated experience in the full systems engineering lifecycle. He has previously led and supported verification and validation activities for several projects and has experience in authoring and executing test procedures, in addition to engineering analysis and developing change proposals.

He also offers capability in RAM, having contributed to several reliability and maintainability studies, and safety with proficiency in system safety and hazard analysis. Having operated in several client-facing consultancy roles, Lachlan has experience in stakeholder management, negotiation and team leadership.
