Terry offers proven capability across the full systems engineering lifecycle, with particular strength in V&V processes and the development of associated engineering artefacts. He is proficient in IBM DOORS, requirements traceability, verification cross reference matrix (VCRM) development, test planning and the design and execution of formal system verification testing.

In safety engineering, Terry has experience reviewing and managing safety analysis reports, safety case reports, hazard logs and hazard evaluation and treatment documentation, and has participated in system safety working groups across multiple programs.

Terry is currently engaged on the Logan Gold Coast Faster Rail project, providing requirements management support for this major Queensland rail infrastructure program. Previously involved in the aerospace industry, Terry was engaged as a V&V engineer to support of an air traffic control communications system. In this role he was responsible for developing V&V and acceptance testing processes, managing requirements and acceptance testing procedures to ensure full traceability, and collaborated with engineering teams through the final delivery phases of the project.

He also supported the development of flight training devices and air traffic control systems for defence applications, acting as system safety lead, conducting FCA and PCA activities, managing safety analysis reports, safety case reports and hazard logs, and participating in both the safety and V&V working groups.
