With people struggling with feelings of isolation and stress caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, this year has been particularly challenging for some, making it more important than ever to stay connected.
As an organisation with offices in three different states and teams busy with various projects across the country, Acmena has always worked hard to ensure its staff feels connected.
Now, with most of our employees working remotely due to social distancing, our usual team, discipline and company-wide gatherings have become more important than ever. At the same time, informal events like virtual coffee mornings, lunchtime trivia challenges and games are providing a fun way for us to stay in touch and share a laugh. For those occasions when our staff and their families might need that little bit extra support, our Employee Assistance Program is there for them in these difficult times.
