Previously involved with several Transport for New South Wales rail infrastructure projects, including various packages on the Sydney Metro program and the Victorian Level Crossing Removal Program (LXRP), Frances has demonstrated ability in the successful development of key deliverables on large-scale projects.

Proficient in Model Based Systems Engineering methods, Frances also has in the use of IBM Engineering Requirements Management DOORS Next to support the application of key systems assurance, requirements management and verification and validation processes and reporting.
