Leo is a systems and safety and systems engineering specialist with over 16 years’ experience in the international rail industry.

A highly capable engineer, Leo offers a wealth of expertise in the deployment and integration of advanced signalling systems, including Communications Based Train Control (CBTC), European Train Control System (ETCS), Computer Based Interlocking (CBI) and Automatic Train Stop (ATS).

He has been involved in several major signalling, infrastructure and rollingstock projects, including Victoria’s X’Trapolis 2.0 project, Regional Rail, Metro Tunnel Melbourne and the Suburban Rail Loop where he has successfully led and developed SESA programs.
