Specialising in all aspects of human systems engineering, Sue’s focus is on human-centric design and understanding how humans fit into complex systems where she has demonstrated ability through collaboration with executive teams and frontline staff to deliver improved safety and performance outcomes for people interacting with a system.

An experienced and effective technical leader, Sue also has extensive experience coaching the application of HF principles and HF Integration processes and techniques, along with positive safety culture and resilience.

Sue has extensive experience working on major rail infrastructure projects and technology projects, including Sydney Metro, ARTC Advanced Train Management System and several London Underground projects providing human factors consultancy and assurance support and leadership. She also has a broad range of experience in the development of advanced train control and protection systems, including in-cab displays and systems.
