Specialising in human factors, Yan is currently undertaking an internship at Acmena’s Sydney offices where she will have the opportunity to gain experience in the application of human factors processes. Specialising in aviation psychology, Yan also has skill in risk management, accident analysis, safety and operations management.

Mentored by the highly experienced NSW team, with support from Acmena’s Head of Discipline for human factors, Keryn Pauley, Yan will be joining Digital Systems Project – Systems Integrator team where she will provide human factors support and gain valuable experience in railway digitalisation and business transformation.
